Streamlining User Management

Onflo (formerly Let's Talk!) User Provisioning API includes features tailored to automate user creation, modification, and deactivation, all seamlessly integrated with your existing systems of record.

Our User Provisioning API introduces three key functionalities:

  1. Create User (New): Simplify the process of onboarding new users.
  2. Update User (New): Keep user information up-to-date with ease.
  3. Deactivate User (New): You can now deactivate user accounts efficiently, minimizing manual effort and potential errors.

Key Features and Benefits

  • Seamless Integration: Our API seamlessly integrates with your existing systems of record, allowing for smooth data flow and eliminating the need for manual data entry.
  • Employee ID as Unique Identifier: Using the Employee ID as the unique identifier for user accounts aligns with your district's existing data structures.
  • Enhanced Efficiency: By automating user management tasks, our API frees up valuable time and resources, allowing your team to focus on strategic initiatives rather than manual administrative work.

Tracking User Provisioning

Our User Provisioning API has been enhanced to send System Admins a weekly email notification detailing when a new user is added, edited, or status changed to inactive in Onflo.

Additionally, the Activity Log will include this information along with actions taken by users. Utilize the filters within the Activity Log to sort by Action type and/or Date Range and find user provisioning logs.
