We’re hiring bright, talented people who bring fresh perspectives, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for making a positive impact in K-12 education. Onflo is a remote-first company with team members across the United States — from New York to California.
Onflo does not hire candidates who are either currently employed by one of our district partners or have been employed by a district partner within the past year (excluding retirement).
## Benefits and perks
### Generous Health Coverage
We offer comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for individual and family plans, with Onflo covering 80% of the premiums.
#### Life Insurance and Disability
Onflo provides fully paid life insurance at 3x a team member’s annual salary and generous short- and long-term disability coverage. Additional voluntary life insurance options are also offered.
#### Competitive 401(K)

#### Paid Time Off
17 days paid time off (to accrue during the year), and gain an additional day for each year of service.

Eight paid holidays and the week off between Dec. 24 and Jan. 1.
