Onflo does not hire candidates who are either currently employed by one of our district partners or have been employed by a district partner within the past year (excluding retirement).

Generous Health Coverage

We offer comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for individual and family plans, with Onflo covering 80% of the premiums.

Life Insurance and Disability

Onflo provides fully paid life insurance at 3x a team member’s annual salary and generous short- and long-term disability coverage. Additional voluntary life insurance options are also offered.

Paid Time Off

Most of our roles are fully remote. We’re all adults, so there’s no need to punch a clock or get approval to see a doctor during the workday.
